Wow what a great stay and unfortunate that we only had 2 nights. I highly recommend these suites. The suite is large with wonderful decor and appointments that i'm confident would impress travellers. Dominique and her daughter Aurelie were amazing hosts. Friendly, full of helpful advice and made us feel we were at home. If you going to Merano this is definitely the place to stay. For us it was 12 out of 10. PS. Go on the chairlift to the restaurant and go on the terrace and order some wine and cheese platter, good views and relaxing few hours to spend.

The breakfast was excellent: quantities of fruit, cheeses, local specialties etc. Best of all: the outdoor pool with very clean and pleasantly warm water, set in a pretty garden setting with a view of the mountains. Really an exceptional, first class hotel. Very friendly staff. Many art books at the guests' disposal!!! The library! Original art - sculptures by W. Senonner. Beautiful!!!

Traced back in time very boutique ,oppulent and under an outstanding management reflecting on the service of their very well trained staff adding up to indulging g in a one time experience of Tirol hospitality. Nestled in beautiful gardens very old trees and a wonderful swimming pool with mountain peaks on the horizon. It’s almost a journey going back in time in a very well kept building gaining you that unique home-feeling Good sumptuous breakfast in very historical setting Price /value excellent Definitely would go back again for a next time in Merano We have traveled the world extensively and Hotel Bavaria is an address to remember Gracias por todo

Great location for visiting Dorf Tirol on foot or visiting old town Melan by lift ( stylish one seater) The apartments are equipped with everything you could imagine need. Backpack, umbrella, kitchen fully loaded and a lot of little surprises the make the stay unforgettable. It shows the insight and desecration the owner and the team put into this gem on the mountain.
