Gianluca is a great host, kind and caring. The apartment is new, very nice and clean, equipped with everything you need. It is located in a nice and quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. It is near to Maria Pia beach which is also great for small children, our 4 year old son loved it there. It's great that you can do self check in. Highly recommended.

It was spotlessly clean and new and comfortable! It has a washer and dryer. We arrived to find a large bottle of water and a bottle of delicious white wine. They also provided luxury shower amenities, Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was nice and hot with great water flow. Plenty of towels and pillows too. We loved our stay there and highly recommend it!

Well stocked kitchen with large refrigerator. Good location, working elevator, security, excellent paid private parking. Great communication and friendly greeting by property manager. Five minute walk to very good grocery store, 15 minute walk to the old city which you can see from the balcony. Twenty-five minute drive to some really good beaches. Beautiful and LARGE balcony with nice dining table and chairs. Good AC.

We really liked the location, it is in the old city centre and it is really beautiful. The host, Ivano, was very kind and he told us everything we need to see around Alghero. He also offered us to the airport on our way back which saved us a lot of time. Ivano, thank you for that! We had really nice time there and we will definitely come back someday!
