Well stocked kitchen with large refrigerator. Good location, working elevator, security, excellent paid private parking. Great communication and friendly greeting by property manager. Five minute walk to very good grocery store, 15 minute walk to the old city which you can see from the balcony. Twenty-five minute drive to some really good beaches. Beautiful and LARGE balcony with nice dining table and chairs. Good AC.

We really liked the location, it is in the old city centre and it is really beautiful. The host, Ivano, was very kind and he told us everything we need to see around Alghero.
