The location was fabulous, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and reasonable in the parking station across the road. A warm and informative welcome from the reception area (in the cafe downstairs). The bed was the best I have slept in on our two week trip....and probably of many stays in hotels around the world, though I'm a bit of a soft princess when it comes to beds😉. The Parlour Room was a wonderful space to relax when we returned from days out....have a drink and chat to other guests. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was delicious and generous and the coffee a great start to the day.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by amazing hard working polite caring staff from reception to dining area. The room was spectacular the view we had was out of this world. The hotel was absolutely spotless very well maintained. The food was Michelin quality the staff couldn’t have done enough for us . The presentation for breakfast very well set up and again staff were outstanding. We will definitely be back.

We (partner and I) watched the Limerick game here and had a fabulous time. The food is outstanding and excellent value for money, a must try is the fresh cod or fresh scampi dishes. The many restaurant and bar staff also make you feel at home, great personalities and characters. I have stayed here many times, this time was for 3 days and will continue to stay here, 5 star service.
