The open plan living space was very inviting and comfortable. We had wonderful weather so we often kept the French doors open. The skylights in the bathrooms were gorgeous. Orla was very responsive and quickly sorted out our brief concern. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner. Two bathrooms!

Breakfast was superb. Good choice from the menu. Waiter service. Extremely helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and roomy - however, we had opted for the deluxe bedroom. En-suite was good too. The staff were always friendly and helpful without exception. Great place to stay.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. Such a chic hotel with great amenities. Lovely mini bar in the room, a little something for everyone. Great food and drinks in the hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding and pay so much attention to detail. When we arrived they offered to extend our checkout without us asking. The staff are such an asset to this hotel. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Cork.

The place was spectacular, stunning view of the valley and the Blackwater River. The place is peaceful, quite and just a big area for kids and family to chill and relax. The hospitality was one the best we have ever encountered, Jason and Valeria bring the best of cork and they are just so so so friendly!!! The breakfast is outstanding 👌, cooked to perfection 🥰, even my kids enjoyed it every morning. Their homemade croissants was divine!!The place was clean and warm and just very homely and lovely.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We were given a deluxe room yet we didn't book one which was a lovely surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and luxurious. Love the soaps, shampoo etc. Dinner delicious. The hotel itself very impressive.
