James was a gentleman and a great host with a beautiful, spacious home right in the middle of Bundoran and close to all of the local activities. Nothing was any bother to him and I look forward to staying again with three large bedrooms with three bathrooms in the house and a big kitchen our group couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We cannot wait to come back in summer. Between us we had 2 houses. They are huge and bedroom are big and spacey, noone felt like they were cramped. As for people complaining about it needing updating if it's a big country house with beautiful scenery you want then this is it. If its 5.star luxury you want go stay in the Hilton. Brilliant for families and groups I would recommend Portbeg to anyone

All the hotel staff were brilliant, efficient, friendly and most helpful. It is a standard all other hotels have to aspire to be. Food was delicious and plenty of. Great value for money. We stayed in deluxe double room 302 with great sea views. Loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone for few days break.

They offer a free dinner in the restaurant near the hostel for the bad night we had from noise young group! 5 stars steak!!! Staff (Barbara) so gentle kind friendly!!!
