I liked the food choices for breakfast and dinner. I also liked the attitude of the staff towards guests. Not so much the very young beach boys as they were arrogant but I guess they were interns with no experience and no international travel experience so I forgive them. The hotel overall definitely needs a good review. To me the beach with its facilities and the beach bar was the most important and OMG! the waiters at the beach bar at Lungomare were EXTREMELY kind. Even with magnifying glass you wouldn’t be able to find such a waiter with such a positive attitude like that man who was smiling AAAAALL day with all kinds of guests. In that heat in his age it is an extremely hard physical work, so my respect goes to him. 😊 The breakfast options were also stunning. The eggs somehow tasted much better than in the previous 5 star hotel we have been to. 🥹

Very clean place. Super comfortable and large rooms. The most comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. The location is outside of the city center but the beaches are very close. There is a supermarket nearby. We stayed 2 times for 5 days, and we will go back again next year! Super nice staff.

The spacious apartment with a terrace and sea views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

An amazing stay! The owner was present for check-in, explained how to use the apartment and rooftop balcony, offered suggestions for meals and sights, and guided us to the parking location down the street. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well equipped with seemingly anything you could want for a comfortable stay and even cooking meals. Laundry, 1.5 baths, 2 good sized bedrooms, a huge TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The rooftop balcony offered lounge seating, a dining table with retractable awning and even a BBQ grill. The balcony overlooks the fort behind and has sea views from each side. The apartment is easy walking distance to all major sights in Pula and endless restaurants and shops. We would stay here for more days if we could!!

Everything was great. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The location is exceptional, in the pedestrian zone of the very center of Pula. The access instructions from the hosts were very clear and easy. The hosts were available but unobtrusive and they also allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot for a few hours after the check out. Really a very good experience!

    I recently stayed in Stinjan, and I must say it was a superb experience. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. Our hostess was outstanding, providing us with a warm and hospitable welcome. The cottage itself was exceptional, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an excellent vacation experience in Stinjan!

    This is a fabulous little hotel! I travel a lot and have honestly never stayed anywhere lovelier. The hotel is cute and superclean. It has a feel of a warm home while at the same time has all mod-cons worthy of 5 star hotels. The owner and all staff are all superbly lovely and fall over themselves to make your stay amazing. Highly recommended/I would give it 6 stars if I could!

    A true 5 stars exclusive apartment! In one word: Fantastic! If you want to stay in the heart of Pula and don’t want to worry about finding a parking place, this is the right place for you. Private elevator parking for keeping your care safe. Very stylish, new, comfortable, clean and very well equipped . It has everything you might possibly need. Alexander is an awesom host. So helpful and fast responding. Our stay was absolutely lovely. We highly recommend it!

    The owner provided transfer from and to the airport !!! Fully professional service at the level of 5 stars! Additional amenities such as a coffee machine only raise my rating! I definitely recommend it and when I go back to this place I will 100% come back to this host.
