Location The location was easy to find via Google Maps and the entry was accurate. Podstrana isn’t a huge place/town but the luxury apartment Mia was situated perfectly. Not directly on the main road yet still close enough to be close to the beach which can be reached in 2min on foot. It’s a quiet and private neighborhood and you won’t be bothered by anything. Host Julia was friendly, open, and very helpful with additional travel tips about the area. She was available at any time if we needed anything and was very considerate. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to be her guest. Accommodation The apartment is big, with nice modern decoration, a very stylish bath as well as a kitchen. The living room area has a huge smart TV, and a VERY and I do mean VERY comfortable couch which doubles as a bed in case more people are staying the in the apartment. Two balconies allow you to put your laundry on one and enjoy the spacious balcony with a seaside view and a jacuzzi. The apartment even has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher for extra comfort during longer stays. Kitchen appliances were plentiful including a filter coffee machine, Nespresso (or some other capsule machine), plenty of dishes etc.

The whole stay, despite the fact that it is short, because only for 3 days, I estimate at 10/10. Contact with the owner, Ante, fast, at a high level and at the same time very friendly and helpful. Podstrana is an absolutely wonderful place in terms of location, close to Split, to Omiš and many different interesting corners of Central Dalmatia. The apartment was clean, well-kept, we had a great view from the balcony. The whole facility is basically well thought out, the outdoor and indoor swimming pool are undoubtedly its advantages, but our biggest surprise was the well-prepared other aspects, such as a laundry room with a dryer, bicycle rental with a helmet, grill, etc. This place has great potential and we write it on our list for recommendation to others. Fantastic breakfasts, good selection and everything tasty, it would only be nice if there was a larger selection of vegetables / fruits and something for vegans. Either way, it was a great stay.

We had the best holiday in Apartments Diamond! Apartment is very clean and has everything what you need for a perfect stay - towels, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, Hair dryer, etc. Pool and a garden are so lovely maintained. There are plenty of deckchairs around the pool and fantastic corner where you can drink a coffee in the morning. It is very close to the very nice beach, where you can find few restaurants. Market is just around the corner. Plenty of parking spaces już outside the building. What is the most important, the host is one of the nicest and the most helpful person we have ever met. We will recommend Apartments Diamond to everyone and we will definitely be back again!

The apartments are great. They are new and clean, the whole building and surroundings are very well taken care of. We were staying in an apartment with kitchenette and a large balcony offering lovely seaview. We had everything we needed. And even more. The staff is very nice, kind and always ready to help. It was better than any hotel experience we have ever been, newly furnished and extrimely clean, with king size bed, top quality bed lines, superb breakfast with fresh home cooked offers. I highly appreciaded the host willingness to make our stay unfogettable, as well as her help with restaurants recomendations. Highly recommend this truly luxury place!

I travelled with 3 children and I received rotten food, in a 5 stars hotel. And it is very very expensive, on top of that.
