The villa is quite new and has all the equipment you need. From the range to the dishwasher, washing machine and from the Nespresso to the toaster. Additionally, all the basics are there. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, bottled water, soap, towels, sheets, etc. So, the villa is well equipped. The villa is modern, clean, and well maintained. The pictures on the website, though processed, do represent the true state of the property. There is twice weekly housekeeping services and pool cleaning. We really loved the place! We were welcomed by the host and owner of the villa, Nikos. As it was already late, he bought us a pizza that we could heat up. Very nice gesture. Furthermore, as the company knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we received a bottle of wine complementary. Nikos showed us the ins and outs of the villa like appliances, alarm, housekeeping services, etc. and left giving us the privacy and rest we so desired.

Absolutely amazing place with the most amazing hosts. I have never felt more taken care of when staying away from home. The house has a phenomenal view of the sea. The pool is great and there are so many nice sitting areas. The house is super clean, well equiped and the beds are very comfortable. There are no other houses around so it is very private. Close to shops and great beaches (but a car is needed) and 20 min from the airport. My only regret is that we could’t stay longer.

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed into the villa by Myrsini we knew we were in for a great holiday. She showed us around, gave us the keys and explained how everything worked. There was plenty of food (and wine and fruit juice) provided for us so we could easily have made dinner that evening and breakfast the next day. The rooms were really comfortable and the lovely cleaner came daily. One day the owner's mother delivered some delicious food that she'd made at home. Myrsini was always available to help us, whether it was to hire a car, or book restaurants, and she was great with recommendations. The location was wonderful. We were there slightly before the season started so lots of tavernas were closed, but plenty were open. We could easily walk up to the baker for our morning coffee. There are plenty of walks to be had locally and the drive up to Zakynthos Town and beyond was always a breathtaking experience. Just a brief note on the island itself. Apart from the fact that it is stunning, almost without exception everyone we encountered there was unbelievably friendly, warm and generous. You will absolutely never regret staying at Gerakas Luxury Villas.

The best thing about the accommodation is the view. Really fantastic! The hotel experience in a vila is also unique. Every day the house is cleaned completely, the beds are made and the hostess can take care of everything. We had dinner at home one evening, which was also excellent.

Amazing hotel, great big room with a view to mountains sea and pool, amazing staff, just amazing. Very very clean. We visited in the end of the season so sunbeds were always available and also you get towels for the pool if you need

the hotel is really nice and spotless clean. We had an upgraded room with the jacuzzi tub from the hotel with a nice view. breakfast really nice with a greek specialty corner. staff so friendly and welcoming. nice cocktails from Denis and quite pool area to relax.
