The villa is very spacious with open spaces and numerous terraces and balconies. Lots of outdoor space around 2 pools both patio and garden areas with enough sun loungers and chairs for everyone. Incredibly welcoming host, Nicholas, very approachable and happy to help with any queries. Great location, away from the main resort area but within 15 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops and around 20-30 minute walk to the beach…with young children and grandparent.

Very good hotel. I travelled a lot and usually hotels have small swimming pools. But this had 4 swimming pools, one of them really huge. The food was nice. Staff was super professional. We had wonderful view from the terrace. There are many additional activities. If you like all inclusive hotels, that you can spent all you stay inside, this hotel is for you.

A beautiful new villa with all the necessary equipment and with a swimming pool and a large private parking lot. Nice view from the upper terrace, which can also be well shaded. Peaceful surroundings. Good location, but you need a car, motorbike, ATW or bicycle for trips around the island. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I hope we will return to this villa.

peaceful and beautifully decorated , well equipped kitchen, spices etc . contact and information from the manager Kallia very professional and extremely helpful.just a great place to wind down and relax. the chooks and cats from the property next to the villa we very charming . but.do not enter the house . the villa is extremely comfortable, beds , linen of good quality. and great bathrooms with nice touches.

Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Breakfast was amazing. The resort was so relaxing with the right vibe to make you feel good. Very clean and staff always said hello and smiled. The beach was comfortable with towels, loungers, umbrellas for shade and staff to order food and drink.

The experience in Blue Pearls was exceptional. It was more than we could have expected and in Kos there is no other place to stay after staying in Blue Pearls. The villas were brand new, stylish, well equipped and with own private pool and a seaview, the sunsets there were amazing. There was a refill of 3 big bottles of water every day and upon arrival a bottle of good local wine in the fridge. All the staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Popi, Mario, Alex and Mustafa. The restaurant in Blue Pearls with its chef Emmanuel deserves a Michelin star, food was such good quality and the black frutti di mare pasta was the best I have ever had. A la carte breakfast was rich, delicious and with big variety of options to choose, I would definitely come back to this hotel just for its breakfast. We had a wonderful stay in Blue Pearls and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys having luxurious and private holiday with superb service and food. I think it can well be the one of the best boutique hotels in Kos and thanks for making our stay so special.
