Everything about Demeter Cave house was perfect! Andrew was the perfect host. He has created such an amazing atmosphere that is comfortable and romantic as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. There was a welcome bottle of Local wine waiting for us. A delicious breakfast , perfect recommendations of where to go, to eat and explore. He even made reservations for us at Rosemary’s with the best table on the rooftop with a breathtaking sunset and Caldera view. We wished we could have stayed longer❤️❤️❤️

The villa has everything you need, is stylish, new immaculate and quiet. The staff are what truly make this place exceptional: everyone, absolutely everyone is friendly polite, professional and make this place unforgettable. Alex and all the restaurant staff are superb. Food is fantastic and you have to eat at the amazing sushi restaurant. Room cleaned to an amazing standard every day. 5 stars for sure.
