Wonderful big residence, nice location, all the facilities you need for an excellent holiday. We all loved the big swimming pool. The owners/couple very friendly with very good hospitality. Compliments!

The house is absolutely beautiful. So is the view of the island from the pool area as well. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. Furthermore, Nicolas is a world-class host. He did everything in his power to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it was helping us book a boat, or even buying a Bluetooth speaker for the house so we could listen to some music while spending time at the pool. Moreover, every day two super friendly people came over to clean up, make the beds, provide fresh towels and so on. I would definitely recommend anyone who's considering vacationing in Zakynthos, to book this villa. You will not regret it.

Just WOW! Honoured to have be one of the first families to stay at the villa. Theo and Katerina are the perfect hosts and were extremely helpful and patient with our questions/requests. We were a family with older children so the villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. The outside cooking area was a god send, so this is great for any bbq fans. We hired a car, which is a must. There is a Lidl on the main road in between the airport and the villa which is great for a doing a big shop, there is also another supermarket opposite which we found better for fresh fruit and veg/meat/deli counter. There is a small supermarket within walking distance from the villa, however it is very limited. There is also a butchers and a fresh bakery which we used once. We arranged for a yoga instructor to visit the villa which was a perfect way to start the holiday. I would highly recommend, especially if you would like to experience something new https://bikramyoga.gr/contacts/ Nikki was kind enough to make some recommendations, and we booked sea kayaking around the blue caves which was located on the opposite side of the island with Kostas (located at the Agios Nikolaos port - 50 mins away) http://www.adventure-zone.gr/. We visited the main town which costs us 20 euro going in, and the 30 euro coming back. We did have to wait a while for a taxi to come available, I can imagine this would only get busier later on in the season. We wish Theo and Katerina all the best with the villa and will certainly be recommending to friends and family 😊

First things first. The house is just amazing. We loved the pool and the outside area. We were seven people and had more than enough space. You even had a grilling area outside, which we did not use unfortunately. Christine and her husband are such nice people. They told us everything we wanted to know and even took care of the cars we rented. They also gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and beaches. When we arrived, there were more than enough things in the house to eat and drink, which in my opinion is not self-evident. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we’d love to come again!!!

Overall, we were really impressed with the layout and design of the property, we had a great stay. The open concept living area has a seamless flow. The kitchen is beautifully designed with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the crown molding to the custom light fixtures. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a landscaped yard, a patio area for dining and relaxing, and a beautifull pool.
