We absolutely loved the private pool access, the pool in general, the food and the service by staff at the restaurant. The rooms were super spacious, nicely designed and everything was thought through and modern (USB ports beside the bedside table, socket and light in the safe,...) It's just a great hotel to relax and unwind.

Sofia and Michael, the owners of Casa Di Somnia, were great hosts and couldn't do enough to make our stay on Kos memorable. They were very quick to respond to any questions and gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to go during our week long stay. The Villa works well for 4 adults with two large double rooms, wet room and open plan kitchen, living space, all tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The roof terrace is a great feature with good views and it's own facilities. The villa has loads of great features, well equipped kitchen, super fast WiFi, TV with Netflix/Prime etc.. In terms of location the closest beach, with Bars and Restaurants, is Tigaki which is 5 mins by car. However, the island is small and you can get virtually everywhere in 20 mins if you hire a car (quad, buggy, scooter, etc.). If you want to stay local, bike hire, which is easy, would get you to the local beaches in 10/15 mins. Casa Di Somnia lives up to its listing and exceeded our expectations.

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately. The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror. The room was very new and well-designed. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

The villa is very spacious with open spaces and numerous terraces and balconies. Lots of outdoor space around 2 pools both patio and garden areas with enough sun loungers and chairs for everyone. Incredibly welcoming host, Nicholas, very approachable and happy to help with any queries. Great location, away from the main resort area but within 15 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops and around 20-30 minute walk to the beach…with young children and grandparent.

Absolutely beautiful design inside and out and plenty of privacy. The SUNSET is true to the photos and even more spectacular! The room was supplied with many little things that went a long way. We really appreciated the coffee and wine in the fridge, and found Kallia and Maria so lovely and helpful.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, and housekeeping was kept on top 10/10. Loved that the private beach was just a small walk, clean and with the best sunset view. Breakfast had a variety of options, and we went half board and enjoyed the a la carte menu. Would definitely return as we enjoyed the whole luxury and private adults only vibe. 10/10

I would like to mention the exceptional service we got, starts in the reception and continued with the food service. The food was excellent and the Chef was really nice and kind as well as the bar/kitchen manager. The food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was amazing and full of good things. It also was so luxurious and looked so new. you had a great view from the Villa!! the sunsets are incredible. the best Part of this booking was not the Villa… Michael the Host was so extremly Helpful. always had good Tipps or called us Taxis, when we needed it. He drove us to the next accomendation and Even brought a towel the Next day, because my friend forgot it at the Villa. would recommend 10/10.

She resolved all our problems and it is very clear that she loves her job, smiling lovely and trying her best to ensure that the guests are having a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Christos and other staff were also very helpful. I think what makes this hotel unique is them. Otherwise, you can find luxury in any other places in different parts of the world. Sia had filled the fridge with fruit, bread, butter, meat, cheese, water and wine. There was also a basket of delicious pastries. There was plenty of hand gel, shampoo, hand wash and cleaning products. Sia gave us extra towels and said she could change the sheets for us half way through the holiday if we wanted. She was constantly in touch with us through out our stay and offered plenty of helpful advice. We would definitely recommend this luxury holiday home.RobertYoung couple
