Views from this property are absolutely stunning! The photos you see here are gorgeous but it's even better in person. The space was perfect for our group (my spouse, 20 month old baby, my Mom and a few friends.) Every room has an ocean view and ensuite bathroom which made for a very comfortable stay for our group. The outdoor space and pool area is really well laid out so you can mingle as a group or enjoy quiet time on the opposite side of the pool - there are plenty of lounge chairs and seating. Our most enjoyable meals were those had at the villa - the large table outside which was perfectly spacious. We hired a private chef to cook at the villa one night which was especially fun! Enjoying a sundowner in the evenings and the morning sunrise with a coffee by the pool was so peaceful. Our son enjoyed the pool which has stairs where he could sit and play and also loved the playground on site! The host provided tons of information in advance for our stay and had great suggestions for restaurants, boat trips, chef to prepare dinner in our villa, massages, etc. Pandy and his wife were incredibly kind and made us feel most welcome at the property. He and the house managers took good care of us and cleaned the pool area every morning so it was immaculately clean! We appreciated the tranquility of this location and felt like we were staying in a private luxury resort. Highly recommend this property - we had a fantastic stay!

The house was really luxurous. The pool was amazing. The view was amazing. Everything was clean and hygenic. Beautifull bbq and terrasa. Beds are great, TV's awesome. Kitchen beautifull. Really really awesome stay. The host&hostes are amazing and friendly people. They really think of everything and go the extra miles to help you out. We really appreciated them.

Just WOW! Honoured to have be one of the first families to stay at the villa. Theo and Katerina are the perfect hosts and were extremely helpful and patient with our questions/requests. We were a family with older children so the villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. The outside cooking area was a god send, so this is great for any bbq fans. We hired a car, which is a must. There is a Lidl on the main road in between the airport and the villa which is great for a doing a big shop, there is also another supermarket opposite which we found better for fresh fruit and veg/meat/deli counter. There is a small supermarket within walking distance from the villa, however it is very limited. There is also a butchers and a fresh bakery which we used once. We arranged for a yoga instructor to visit the villa which was a perfect way to start the holiday. I would highly recommend, especially if you would like to experience something new https://bikramyoga.gr/contacts/ Nikki was kind enough to make some recommendations, and we booked sea kayaking around the blue caves which was located on the opposite side of the island with Kostas (located at the Agios Nikolaos port - 50 mins away) http://www.adventure-zone.gr/. We visited the main town which costs us 20 euro going in, and the 30 euro coming back. We did have to wait a while for a taxi to come available, I can imagine this would only get busier later on in the season. We wish Theo and Katerina all the best with the villa and will certainly be recommending to friends and family 😊
