We stayed there one year before 10 nights and this year again 10 nights. We loved it. Had a 4th floor seaview room both times, it was great. The location of the hotel is perfect! Special thanks to Maria from rhe reception who was very helpful and nice and to Maria from the restaurant who was very carefull with us and especally our 4 year old daughter. We really recommend the hotel, it‘s the perfect place to stay in Kalamata 🤩.

This is a lovely hotel with the kindest staff. The free and secure car park is just around the corner and has plenty of space and is easy to access with a gate code. The hotel is in a great position for the lively new town with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a nice 10 minute stroll to the tiny old town which has picturesque alleys around a beautiful old church. There are some nice restaurants around there too. Our junior suite was spacious with a balcony that caught the afternoon and evening sun. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well designed. The lift, room safe, coffee making facilities, fridge, candles and gift of wine, water and fruit all made for a very easy stay. The WiFi was excellent and reliable. Breakfast was different each day, used local produce and was delicious including good coffee.

Breakfast was heaven! Very special that you could order breakfast instead of buffet. We have known the previous owner and stayed in Hotel Amerika many times. It was beautiful to see how beautiful this hotel is build up again after the earthquake.

I love how this appartment is built, with a share space for the living room and kitchen with an elegant island for cooking or eating and a spacious bedroom and shower. There's also a nice balcony that is accessible from the common space and there's natural sunlight in all the rooms which is so important for me. It is clear that the owner have an eye for details and an understanding of how to create a high-end accomodation expirence - the kitchen is well equippe, the sofa in the living room is big and comfortable, the shower head is of high quality and the stream and tempratures were great, a heavy curtain to block the sun in the bedroom, a comfortable bed (!), easy to operate music set and on top of that they provided us with new baby highchair, crib and even a baby shampoo :) Thank you Panos!

The beds and bedding are mega comfortable. The lounge is spacious, stylish, and perfectly equipped. Huge TV with Netflix. The roof garden has lounging and eating areas. All the sliding doors onto the lovely terraces are fully screened. It's quiet, peaceful, luxurious, and elegant. Big fridge, fully equipped kitchen. But the hotel is a bit worn, rooms not as nice as the photos shared and the whole hotel not as luxury as price suggests: We got a twin room despite asking for a double; no shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Broken wardrobe. Great breakfast though!

Staff are accommodating, the chef rustled up a beautiful meal for all inclusive of a celiac member of our group, breakfast was generous and fresh, everyone went above and beyond for us. truly beautiful and extremely comfortable.

The Host was very caring and always there, when we needed something. The Location is superb, with just 1min walking to the beach side and a lot of cafés close by. Overall we had a great time and will be happy to come again! 5 Stars!

Even a 55 inches LG smart TV. The staff/owner are very hospitable and they really care for your comfortable stay. The building is located very centrally and I could find easily to park my car.
