In case you have the same questions as we did: Yes, the villa does exist, and yes, it truly is as beautiful as in the pictures. If I had to design a villa, I would most likely choose the same layout and furnishings. The interior and exterior were done with excellent taste, and the grill and hot tub were just the icing on the cake. The villa had enough space (3 bedrooms) to accommodate our family of 5. Recommendation: Consider the mid-stay cleaning if you stay for an extended period.

The house is super comfortable, beautifully designed and spacious. The jacuzzi is the cherry on top after a long day exploring the island overlooking the beach. The owners are super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Although the beach is very close, we had full privacy in the house and outside on the terrace-garden.

Maria was the perfect host, always responsive and willing to help. She welcomed us with some wine and fresh fruit, and coffee and tea for the next days. We had a minor issue with the hot tub that she very quickly sorted out for us. She also suggested places to visit during our stay. The apartment is extremely clean, with Maria changing towels and cleaning after a few days. Ten terrace was lovely, with a relaxing and clean hot tub, sofa, table, barbecue and sun beds with ombrella. The bed was comfortable and nothing was missing (fully equipped kitchen, hair dried, board games, earplugs, towel for the hot tub). It is conveniently located a few minutes waling from the beach and restaurant. Private parking just outside the building main entrance. Overall a great experience, we will definitely return to this apartment when we will visit Rhodes again.

Everything was perfect on our stay. The rooms are new, stylish and very big. There is everything you need in the kitchen and in the fridge, there were drinks, cheese, ham, jam, butter and chocolates. The whole property is very clean and stylish and the view of the sea is also breathtaking. The small bay is only for the three rooms so it is always very calm and relaxing. The water has great blue coulors and is also very clean. Last but not least Nikos is a great host. He takes care of everything and can recommend great beaches and restaurants. He even makes reservations for the restaurants and they were all perfect. We will definitely come back!
