Everything was more than great; the hotel is spanking new, the decor is distinctive and stunning, everything was clean and perfectly organised in the hotel. I can't say enough about the most incredible staff you will ever meet. Can't even convey how lovely and friendly they were, especially Kate and Peppy, who made our stay extra special, more comfortable, and fabulous.
