This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Mr. Mark was the biggest adding value he was so nice ao respectful and guided us so nicely to the attraction, places and reasturants of Annecy which made our stay very successful. The apartment was very clean and beautiful facing the lake.

Villa Catalina is a lovely home in a great neighborhood with a gracious host. The home is exactly as advertised and pictured. Convenient to downtown Annecy and major roadways. Off-street parking with a dedicated space! Close to several local shopping centers. The host, Marc, was exceptionally friendly and gracious. He shared his deep knowledge of he area and passion for local cuisine, which made our stay even better.
