This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! We were very surprised by the cleanliness and outgoing nature of the owner. She let us wash our clothes and was very attentive to details. We felt very happy here and wish we could have stayed longer except it was only free for one night. Book well in advance, this place is gold and only 80 meters from the lake. This was so much peaceful than the tourist crowds in the main center. We will stay again for sure.

But it was next to the lake and it was just awesome. The facilities in the property was very well equipped and a 5 mins walk to 2 large grocery stores. The property was so spacious. The host even had a canoe to use in the lake and garage for us to park our cycles. The surrounding is so serene. If you are looking for a camp style stay with luxury, I really recommend you this place. The host was also so helpful to suggest places to eat and visit.
