Dream place, we stayed at the Eden Villa. The services of a Hotel and the privacy of your own house, right in front of the beach with a direct access to it and private terrace. From having breakfast delivered to your own terrace overlooking the sea, to swimming before sunset when the beach is already empty,...all those little pleasures you can dream of for a family summer holiday. The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.

We stayed at Lone Star House for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is exactly as advertised in the pictures. The room is comfortable and we enjoyed our nice terrace, where we had a nice breakfast each morning. The boulevard of Ste Maxime is within a 15 minute walk, which we did not mind at all. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from, and also a great location to travel to other villages such as St. Tropez, Ramatuelle and Gassin. Lastly, the service Kim provides is just superb. She is a very welcoming host who likes to have a chat but is also great at giving you your own space to relax. We will definitely come back here if we are traveling to this area in the future.

The villa is in a beautiful location with superb views and it is very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the terrace. We were a group of 10 people, of which 3 were grandparents, 4 were parents and 3 were children of 2, 2, and 5 years old. The grandparents used the bedrooms upstairs, which gave them some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious, with a laundry room and an extra fridge/freezer.

Hosts were very accomodating and communication was first class. Accomodation was of high quality, peaceful surroundings and within walking distance to see front. Would definitely stay again.

This property was one of the highlights of our 4.5wk trip. Irina (property manager) is prompt on her responses, all check in instructions were easy to follow. It is extremely secure, pristine clean, very well appointed, extremely comfortable beds & wonderful facilities. The stunning view is definitely a highlight. We were able to easily walk into town, there are both sand & pebble beaches just across the road and an amazing bolangerie close by.

The apartment is even nicer in person. It is perfectly located within the Sainte Maxime with the most stunning of views across to Saintropez. The property had everything you could ever need during your stay. Communication was fantastic and the owner was always quick to help with any questions. I would 100% stay here again should it be available next time, and would recommend it to anyone.
