We have had support and help from the owner who is very nice, always available and answered all the questions quickly. The comunication was perfect. The locations was perfect for our needs, quite on the river and not far away from Eiffel tower. It is a comfortable flat, with all necessery equpement in the kitchen and badroom. There are 2 good restaurants near appartement (app 300 m distance). We wouöd recomend and take the same place again.

This property was exceptional!!! It is so authentically Parisian and has so many pieces from different periods. The breakfast room was my favourite and the mini library behind the bed etc. I had just returned from trips from DC and New York and Europe was my last exhibition stop before returning home so I wanted a more boutique hotel, authentic European experiential stay since I had been staying in hotels and Villa Du Square exceeded my expectations. The property is very clean, the host - Christophe is very responsive and attentive. His daughter welcomed me and gave me so many tips - where to eat, what to do - she was very warm. Breakfast is served every morning and I took my breakfast out in the garden on one of the days. There are also numerous, cool, quaint, exotic (pick your choice) restaurants in within a 1-2 mile radius. The property was quiet and I loved my street view every morning. My room was cleaned everyday and I always came back to a sparkling, refreshed room. I stayed for 7 nights and I didn’t want to leave. I loved it there and I will be back soon! Breakfast was delicious. The location was good. About a 15min uber ride to main attractions. It was difficult to walk close and get lunch. Restaurants closed at different times. Once we got the hang of the schedules, it was great.
