Very professional staff, welcome drink when we arrived, carried in our luggage and parked the car, gave us the option to upgrade to better room. The room is very clean, modern and comfy. Very solution oriented staff and their attitude was very professional, you really feel like a guest the moment you arrive there. A staff member also explained the breakfast and asked if we wanted anything extra.very helpful and makes it more easy for the guest. The Melia way is how a five star hotel should be. They also explained and where active on helping and answering questions before we asked them.

The Villa is amazing. Vicent was extremely helpful before we arrived and answered any queries promptly . He is a very generous host and offered to do a food shop for me as we were not getting a car until 2 days after we arrived. He got everything I needed and more including beer , wine and snacks etc. which he provided as a welcoming gift. That was really nice. The views from the villa are outstanding as are the facilities. There was everything we needed to enjoy a family holiday. Your first impression of the villa is that it is stunning. The furniture and fittings are very high quality which provide an element of luxury, and you feel immediately relaxed. Although the villa is a little out of the town and a car is necessary it only takes 15 minutes to dive to Sitges or Vila nova i la Geltru where there lots of restaurants , shops and things to do including the beach and train station where you can hop on a train and go to Barcelona. Overall we were very happy and did not want to leave. We all want to go back!

Very friendly staff, extremely good in house restaurant (The Michelin guide should visit them), nice terrace on the promenade side as well on the interior side with view on the sea water pool. Very luxurious rooms (certainly the duplex ones) with very spacious bathroom with bathtub and rainshower. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but we’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. 4 star rated, worth 5 stars!!!

The most friendly lady at reception, even gave us a chilled glass of rosé cava to unwind from our travels. Room service was perfect and breakfast in the morning was relaxed and generous. The décor was "art deco-chic meets beach vibe". Sitges is a classy resort without any of the plastic stuff. Definitely book-marked!

The owners are wonderful, welcoming and have thought of everything in designing this beautiful hotel from scratch. The rooms are chic, crisp and comfortable and the AC and WiFi work a treat. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and bar is the icing on the cake and a great way to meet fellow guests. It’s location cannot be beaten being literally 50m from the beach and famous promenade. Highly recommended and a real oasis of luxury for gay men in the heart of town.
