Paula is such a wonderful, friendly and helpful host, which has gone to great length to satisfy our needs. On one day taxi couldn't be brought up so she offered herself to drive us to our destination so we don't come late. She also helped us with bus lines and list of city sights. Apple pie was delicious and coffee was always ready :) Overall, place is cozy, very clean and nicely decorated. It's a bit outside of the Santiago town but you get quiet and undisturbing environment. p.s. Nano (dog) is so cute. :)

The bed and other furniture were quite clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great with all needed amenities. The location was very residential but we found the walk to the old part of Santiago to be just perfect.

Modern, spacious and perfectly clean apartment. Mattress is very comfortable (medium hardness) and pillows same. Room had shutters for the night, so it was pitch black, while luminous during the day. Host is kind, flexible and considerate. Location is central.
