The property exceeded all my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean, far enough from the tourist center so we are not bothered but with many restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance (5-10 minutes). It also has a small shop just across the street if needed. The apartment itself has a very spacious living room that also contains the kitchen and a large table with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is well equipped, from the coffee maker and toaster to the usual electric oven and a generous fridge. The living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels and also Netflix and such. It also has a very good WiFi internet connection (300Mb on my tests). From here you can exit to the lovely terrace with a sunroof. The terrace was a strong selling point for choosing the apartment and we were not mistaken. It's large and has a lovely view of the mountains and the pool. We took all our meals there and enjoyed the fresh air. The bedroom was nice, with a beautiful view and a good variety of sleeping pillows. The bathroom was clean and practical. Also a big thanks to Eli, our host, who was the kindest and most supportive person I ever meet in my travels. She solved all our issues during our month-long stay and helped us with a list of places to visit, restaurants to eat, bars to spend the evening, and a beautiful sun beach near the location. She also recommended us a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning, which was prompt and very professional. We'll come back for sure.

Det här är ett av de mest prisvärda hotellen i Puerto de la Cruz. Snarare 4 stjärnor än 5, men såväl rum som Restaurang håller hög klass. Galamiddagen på nyårsafton är speciell och måste upplevas. Serviceinriktad och hjälpsam personal ger ett extra plus. Vi har bott här många gånger och kommer att återvända. Slutligen har de gjort allt för att covidsäkra hotell och restaurang.

In 35 minutes driving you can get to either the west or the East of the northern part of Tenerife. Also 35 minutes away from El Teide. The owner is very friendly and attentive, made our stay as comfortable as our own house.

excellent place to enjoy family holidays pool size is great enjoyed every bit of the house it was nice and clean the only thing host can do to make stay better is providing better shampoo or hand wash. place is spacious nice and clean big rooms and the best part is pool we enjoyed bbq aswell my kids loved it. we went in february from uk not sure if we would be able to use the pool but weather was mild summer still hot pool was useable most of the day time . host was great and very helpfull the nearby sight seeing place was brilliant for an evening walk or to watch sunset. i would highly recommend it.
