We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. It was off-season when we were there and there were only a few guests, but they didn’t compromise on anything. Really great big breakfast buffet every morning and very tasty dinner in the restaurant. The beautifully refurbished old farmhouse is in a small village a little bit inland away from all the hustle, but only 15min from the airport and 10min from the beach. It’s better to have a rental car though.

Hotel je na odličnoj poziciji u El Arenalu. Cijeli hotel je čist (sobe, predvorje, restoran, bazeni, sauna). Za doručak je bilo pregršt različite hrane za izabrati. Prirodnih sokova, kave, čajeva i pjenušca. U sobi je bilo kuhalo za vodu koje je bilo čisto, bez kamenca (inače ne koristim kuhala po hotelima, jer su u većini hotela puni kamenca i nisu dobro održavani, što u ovom hotelu nije bio slučaj) Bravo za osoblje koje sve drži uredno i čisto. Pili smo čaj svako jutro i guštali na terasi. Osoblje hotela je nasmijano i vrlo ljubazno. Nama se baš sve svidjelo i vjerujem da će ovo biti hotel u kojem ćemo opet odsjesti kada posjetimo Mallorcu.

Location was perfect...near the beach but not busy. Breakfast was superb...fresh, ample and both healthy and indulgent options. Pool choice was abundant and never an issue obtaining a sun bed. Gym more then adequate!

- the view to the seaside - the room - large enough, well divided between the bathroom and bedroom - the wardrobes are large and sufficient for a couple - the staff at the Reception - exceptionally kind, ready to answer any question, ready to address any issue. ALINA is one of them - she not only goes above and beyond her duties in relation with tourists but speaks fluently a variety of languages which is a great facility for tourists. - the staff at the Consierge, Monica, also very helpful trying to suggest activities most suitable for all tastes - the cleanliness of room is exceptional - the corridors smell of great fragrance - the breakfast is exceptional - with food for any desire - the hotel is very close to the beach and the passage is so facile and provides a point to wash off the sand, which is great because this helps maintaining the cleanliness in and around the hotel - the Riviera is so clean despite the flux of tourists and the restaurants offer a variety of international cuisine

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. It has plenty big towels and blankets and pillows and has a beautiful view. There’s a washer and kitchenette and it’s very cozy. Paul was very kind and helpful. The condo is only a half block from the water.
