Nothing we didn't like, we have turned up to shabby apartments before but this was great! The Host met us promptly and showed us around and how to use the facilities. Host was contactable at any time and recommended great food places and gave us a number for the local taxi company. Rooms were spotless and a large clean bathroom with a walk in shower. Enough space for multiple people to stay and not be in each other's way. The pool was great and can't beat a soak in the Jacuzzi. There is a local shop about 5 mins walk from the place which was also convenient. Location is based around 30 mins walk from the beach and Yumbo, but if you don't fancy walking a local taxi can take you there in 5 mins under for under 10 Euros. Overall can't fault the place, will defo be looking to stay here again! :)

Exceptional private villa in a perfect location. 20 mins drive from the airport, in a quieter part of the Maspolomas area. The villa is perched high up on a hill overlooking San Augustin and with a great view of the sea beyond. Bars, restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive, or a pleasant 10 - 20 minute walk. The owners are a pleasure to deal with - very communicative and supportive throughout your stay. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped with everything one could need - including smart-house controls - and high end fixtures and fittings throughout (2x Bose entertainment systems with surround sound, PS5 games console, Weber gas BBQ, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc,). TV wise the system caters for most nationalities, with most major European and USA channels represented in FHD (including all the major sports offerings). WiFi is strong (and fast) throughout the property. The patio/pool/sun longer area have breathtaking views out to sea and down onto the town - and are simply stunning!

Location is very good. You have a bus, a shope (Spar) nearby. There is also a swimming pool which is always empty 😀 The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, 2 bathrooms, children's room, a washing machine, internet and everything you need to feel like you are at home. We travelled with 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The contact with the host was excellent, at the arrival we got a tour in the house, there was a little present for the children and adults, and any question is answered by WhattsApp. During the week, the house is cleaned. The house is fully equipped. The garden has an well equipped outside kitchen, and there are many spots you can sit in and outside the sun. The house is modern and comfortable. The house is in the area of an supermarket and walking distance of the beach. But the area is very quit at night.
