We loved this hotel!!! Marcel and his family are so kind and welcoming. The hotel and room is stunning, decorated beautifully. We are at their restaurant for dinners and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Albania, loved this veggie platter. We had many bottles of their homemade white wine. the breakfast was one of our favorites while on our 6 week trip. We were so glad we stayed here outside of the city, it was very calm and centering. Exceptional in every way. The hosts welcomed us personally and were justifiably proud of their new business venture. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. Parking is available on the main road outside and it is a 20 minute walk up the hill to the old town. There is a huge selection of very good value bars, bakeries and tavernas very close by, significantly cheaper than up in the old town. Breakfast pastries for four and a round of iced cappuccinos cost us less than 8 quid! The decanter of local Raki is a nice touch. 😁
