Hotel PAL is located a 4-minute walk from JR Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. Sunshine City is also just a 8-minute walk away. Bathtub was really big, we liked it a lot ! The massage chair was also very good ! We didn't use it, but the "toy" was a nice touch. I also liked being able to smoke in the room.

Our room was great, very clean and lots of spa stuff available too! It was a very quiet and relaxing place.
