El Tugela River Lodge ofrece alojamientos independientes a orillas del río Tugela, a 22 km al norte de Winterton, a 13 km de la reserva natural de Spioenkop y a 22 km del Museo Winterton. Great for dog. Beautiful view. Kayaking was relaxing. Walk along river was pleasant.

El Birches Cottage está situado en un camino de grava, a 5 km de la localidad de Underberg. It’s amazing views and proximity to the river, as well as how comfortable everything was.

The scenery is really something else. You are already quite remote in this part of ZA but once they bring you up with the 4x4 the only people you will encounter are those on the premise itself. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. All in all great value and a very relaxing place with great views and hikes!

The grounds are gorgeous and location stunning - remote, with birdsong, epic views towards the Drakensberg amphitheatre and spectacular skies. The food is superb with a daily changing menu and we looked forward to 4 course dinners each evening (and the wine list!). We stayed 5 nights and hiked every day. Before we got there, Dumisani was super helpful with pre-organising transfers to the Royal Natal National Park (about 25km) which has fabulous hiking. Shorter self-guided trails can also be done on the Montusi estate, right from the lodge. A really impressive operation for such a remote location and hosts Lindsey & Mick and their lovely team are to be congratulated. Thanks for making us so welcome and accommodating our thirst for the great outdoors!

Located around a privately owned lake with views of the Drakensberg mountain range, Sani Valley Nature Lodges offers secluded chalet accommodation in a tranquil setting with game viewing... Vistas are superb. Staff are excellent. Food options were really tasty and good value. Really relaxing location with lots to do and see

El Ondini Guest House ofrece vistas a la montaña y alojamiento con terraza y hervidor de agua a unos 33 km del Museo Winterton. Excellent Host and accommodation in a beautiful area. The location is perfect, a little off for a very peaceful atmosphere. The house is huge and offers everything necessary for a great stay.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and the whole property is beautiful.

El Three Tree Hill Lodge ofrece vistas a la reserva de caza de Spioenkop y alojamiento de lujo. Cuenta con una terraza junto a una pileta al aire libre. The staff are amazing and so accommodating and friendly. The location is spectacular- overlooking spionkop and you can see the Drakensberg mountains on the other side. Very family/kid friendly with toys and games in our cabin. Food was incredible too Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend and come back again
