Really lovely motel. Would stay her again for sure. We were lucky that we stayed on a Friday night, with the Waimea farmers markets on the next morning at the school next door. There are also great restaurants walking distance, including acclaimed FORC which is right next door. Waimea is a lovely town, really loved it there.

The incredible charm of beautiful historic houses set in a magnificent palm grove. The beautiful seaside pool. The meticulous historic furnishing of the houses. Very quiet at night and starry sky.

Halema'uma'u-Hale Kumu La'au er staðsett í eldfjallinu, 19 km frá Kilauea og býður upp á stofu með sjónvarpi og ókeypis WiFi. The location in the woods was nice

Volcano Hale er 18 km frá Kilauea og býður upp á gistingu með garði, sameiginlegri setustofu og sameiginlegu eldhúsi, gestum til þæginda. Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. We loved our stay here. We were able to eat, sleep, shower, cook, have a place to store food, and more.

Kalani Oceanside Retreat er staðsett í Pahoa, 2,3 km frá Kehena Black Sand-ströndinni og býður upp á garðútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The location was beautiful, so relaxing, tranquil and still close to a town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We wished we got to do more of the classes /events on. Next time 😊

Waimanalo Beach Cottages er staðsett í Waimanalo, 80 metra frá Waimanalo-ströndinni og 1,3 km frá Kaiona Beach Park. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og garð með verönd og sjávarútsýni. Very close to the beach 2 minutes walking, watched the sunrise every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can borrow all kinds of things for the beach (snorkel, body boards, frisbee…) for no fee. We had the best time!

Lumeria Maui er námskeiðsmiðstöð sem er staðsett á hinu fallega svæði Upcountry Maui. The staff member John was very helpful. He introduced the property and some nice restaurants in Paia to us. When I needed some ice to treat my injury because I accidentally hit the trunk lid, he helped us right away. We really appreciate his kind assistance. The breakfast was also pretty good!

Chalet Kilauea er staðsett í hinum suðrænu Ohi'a- og Hapu'u-regnskógi við innganginn að eldfjallaþjóðgarðinum Hawaii og býður upp á 3 einstaka gististaði: Chalet Kilauea Hotel, Lokahi Lodge og Volcano... It was a beautiful unique room, perfect for the Volcano region on the big Island

The Cabins at Kokee er staðsett í Waimea Park, 9 km frá Waimea-gljúfrinu. Fullbúið eldhús er í boði í öllum klefunum. Polihale-ströndin er 17 km frá gististaðnum. The Cabins are located inside Kokee State Park just a few minutes away from the Museum but a good 30 minute drive from Waimea. So it is best to bring your own food. As you are surrounded by nature and quietness at the lodging, expect to not have any kind of reception whatsoever. But if you are open to that and also want to spend some time hiking and exploring Kokee and Waimea Canyon this is a really good place to stay for a reasonable price. I was checking in rather late and although the office in Waimea closes at 5 pm it was enabled to check-in after, the staff was incredibly helpful with that. It is possible but I would not necessarily recommend driving up to the Cabins after sundown as the street is rather windy and completely dark. The cabin itself was lovely and definitely exceeding my expectations. There is everything you might need for living at the Cabin for a few days including a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, stove and oven and even a little firewood for the fireplace as it does get cold during the night and obviously the cabins are not completely wind proof. Upon check-in you are provided with clean sheets and towels and an additional blanket in case you need it. There is enough space for at least three if not four people at the Cabin.
