The Long Mountain Lodge Bed and Breakfast is located in the Chattahoochee National Forest, just 15 minutes’ drive from Dahlonega city centre. Guests can enjoy a breakfast with different menu options each day. Best breakfast ever!!! We didn’t see anyone else while there, so if felt like our own little private retreat while getting breakfast on our door 😊 everything we asked for they provided immediately. We had an amazing time.

The lodge provides guests with a patio, mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A toaster and coffee machine are also offered. We only had a couple of nights to stay but we are so glad we chose Gingershack Farms. Excellent hosts - they are very welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly. Beautiful grounds and accommodations. Easy access with no steep or windy roads. The cabin was larger than I had visualized, exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, and quite comfortable. The primary bed was outstanding and the bunk beds are sturdy, also with great mattresses. The linens were soft, yet crisp and cool. ATT cell phone service is spotty (you're in the mountains) but the wifi was excellent. We enabled wifi calling and had no problems. Having 5 separate cabins available, this is also the ideal location for a group trip if you are looking for a little more privacy. I personally like the idea of everyone having their own space to retire to. We look forward to returning with friends and family in the near future!

The nearest airport is Middle Georgia Regional Airport, 124 km from the lodge. The place is great but unfortunately I was there just for a night on a business trip. The team was great and everything in the place was over the expectations. The local is most probably visited by local people and however I felt welcome, being a foreigner. Nice people, great place, excellent breakfast.

This Helen, Georgia lodge is located in the heart of the Chattahoochee National Forest and is 11 minutes’ drive from Anna Ruby Falls. Guests can canoe, paddle-board, and kayak across Unicoi Lake.

Free WiFi, a cable TV, and coffee-making facilities are provided in all rooms. In-room ironing facilities are provided by this Helen Unicoi State Park and Lodge as well. The room was simply decorated but clean and comfortable. The lodge is split into four buildings that shared an outdoor courtyard with a fire pit and area for eating / gathering. The bathroom was nice and water was hot!
