whole stay was incredible! Amazing und super helpful staff, very clean and comfy rooms, stunning view! hotel has only 12 rooms what creates a feeling of a little community. Everyone knows each other, personnel is very attentive and remembers every detail. one definitely could use a bike to get around but it’s okay, because island is small. Hotel is uphill what gives very peaceful environment and the view! pictures totally correspond to reality. if you’re looking for some peace and quiet, that’s a place to go! definitely coming back to Ecotao Lodge once we’re back to Koh Tao.

Very nice flat with all you would need, cleanliness, well working wifi and aircon. I planned to stay only 2 nights, but finally I decided to extend it with 3 more. I slept very well. I felt it a bit overpriced, but I got quality.

Everything was excellent- the location in the jungle, the room (huge), the cleanliness, the eco approach, the staff and the owner. As a solo traveller the layout and size encouraged connections with others. I particularly like the hammock on my verandah. Big thank you to Nine, Cami and Yves- a very impressive lodge

Beautiful tree house style lodges. Cleaned every day. Location was good slightly away from the noise but still a short walk from all the bars and restaurants etc. the restaurant staff were very good and

What we loved about our stay in the Ecotao Lodge: - super friendly staff - beautiful pool view - breakfast, lunch and dinner capabilities are perfect - Rooms are comfortable with good bed, nice view into the nature from the shower/ bathroom - nice terrace with hammock - possibilities to book taxi, boat, daytrips from the reception This location makes you zen and lets you enjoy comfort while being in nature.

The whole place is a brilliant location to relax. We were given a sea view lodge, 50 metres from the beach. The bungalow was rustic and very spacious. Breakfast is included which was a la carte initially and then buffet after 1st July. The staff were very friendly and not too pushy. Free sea kayaks and snorkel equipment for guests. We booked 3 nights but extra our stay to 7!

Ecotao Lodge is in a beautiful, remote location of Koh Tao offering comfort and nature. I particularly enjoyed spending my mornings on the terrace taking in the sounds of the wild jungle that surrounds the lodge. The swimming pool is also divine! Best of all are the staff at Ecotao Lodge. The hospitality and attention to detail that Khaw (the hotel's receptionist) provided made my stay in this beautiful area of Koh Tao most memorable! Thank you again for everything, Khaw!
