The place is amazing, it's a real hidden gem in the jungle of Isla Bastimentos. We were hesitant if we should stay at Isla Colon or go to Bastimentos because we didn't know how the transport between the island works, but it's really easy to get there and you can go to the beaches for a couple of dollars. Pierre and Manon were amazing hosts, they helped us with everything we needed and you can see they're doing everything they can fit their guests. The breakfasts and dinners were really tasty. The cabins are well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a bit worried about the lack of hot water but it was completely fine, I think we wouldn't use it even if it was available. All in all, the best place we stayed in during our trip to Panama, go there without any hesitation! Ask for cabin number 5 for the best view.

Located in Bastimentos, Eclypse de Mar Acqua Lodge offers private bungalows and rooms with individual hammocks and stairs that provide access to the ocean. A restaurant is also on site. It had its own nature reserve which was beautiful. Everything about this place is stunning. The receptionist was very helpful and so friendly. We nearly missed our 12pm boat from Boca's del Toro due to our poor planning. The receptionist rushed to help us and called a friend with a very fast boat! We made it just in time. Would definitely stay here again!
