A terrace with both sea and mountain views is offered in all units. The stay was fantastic, I was very impressed by the property, the beautiful rooms and the views, vegetations around. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, which you can have by yourself, nobody was around, just you and nature. Larissa and Tom were the best hosts I have had for a long time, nowadays you often don't even meet the persons you are staying at. But Tom and Larissa were the true and very kind and friendly faces of the Cliffs Lodge, they went beyond to make every guest happy and satisfied! I took both dinner and breakfast, which Larissa preopared and was the best meals during my entire trip to New Zealand. This place is a gem and will be a great success for sure and is an accommodation made with heart! Thank you for having me, I am very lucky to have found this accommodation!

Set on 2000 acres of farmland bordering the Fiordland National Park, Cabot Lodge - Fiordland National Park offers uninterrupted views of Lake Manapouri and the surrounding mountains. The Lodge offers an arrival drink, canapes and evening drink, a set-menu evening meal showcasing farm to plate cuisine, cooked breakfast, free WiFi, free parking, and use of the Lodge spa pool, private hiking trails, and private fishing jetty included in all rates. Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. We would definitely go back and stay longer next time we are in NZ! We HIGHLY recommend this most amazing experience at Cabot Lodge!

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a gourmet breakfast. The hosts were very nice and they gave us all the instructions about the town and where to find everything we wanted, such as the restaurants and the bike rental. They served a very good breakfast, with options we could choose from. The view from the lodge and from the room was spectacular with Lake Te Anau and the mountains. Beautiful scenery!

The high ceilings and large fireplace in the hotel’s lounge provides a warm and cosy environment where guests can enjoy a book or chat with other guests. A tour desk and laundry services are available. A gorgeous property with incredible views. A definite highlight of our trip, was sitting on the front lawn taking in the mountains, lake and pasture of cows to the side of the property. Sitting in the main room in front of the fireplace chatting with the owner was also a highlight.

A continental breakfast is available daily at the lodge. The accommodation was so close to the track start. Nice and safe for leaving car when hiking. Amazing hospitality throughout including a welcome drink and great chat. Fire, spa and smart TV! Ace!

It's a great place to stay. Everything is very clean and the bathroom is bigger than in my own house. Parking is easy and shops/restaurants are at a walking distance. I decided to stay longer to enjoy my holidays.
