Daniel and Angela were absolutely excellent hosts we had evening meal with them cooked by the host it was delicious . Breakfast was awesome .such an interesting couple Daniel knowledge of wine is impeccable and he is such great company .a really interesting and friendly man . Didn’t want to leave ! Will defiantly be back

Delamore Lodge har panoramautsikt över Hauraki-bukten och erbjuder lyxigt 5-stjärnigt boende på ön Waiheke. Alla sviter har fönster från golv till tak och en egen uteplats. This is an outstanding luxury property, one of the best in the country. The staff provide the highest level of service, the breakfast and evening canapés/drinks are excellent and the evening dinner superb (extra cost but worth it). However the best part comes from the views from the terrace and pool as well as from the large well appointed room and the large jacuzzi. It is expensive but stay here if you can.

Waiheke Island Tawa Lodge erbjuder boende bara 300 meter från stranden Little Oneora och 1 km från byn Oneroa. If I could give it 7 stars, I would. Dyan and Rob (who run the lodge) are amazing. Their hospitality is unmatched. Included is afternoon tea and breakfast for each day of your stay, which is homemade daily by Dyan. They really bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Will 100% be returning to Waiheke Island and specifically the Tawa or Punga Lodge again in the future.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool with spa pool, Warkworth Lodge is a 3.5-star boutique motel just 5 minutes’ walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and the Mahurangi River. Wonderful location near McLaren Falls, the property was just passed the falls on the hill and over looked the river. The park and cafe were tucked away almost opposite the exit drive to the property which was a gem with trees and forest walks and lovely cafe.

Peaceful, very clean, modern and chic furnishings incl bed and linen, building is old and with character, the two bedrooms were very spacious, wonderful doors that opened to the balcony that overlooked the trees and pond below, and a glimpse of the sea beyond, Prime Tv that kept us entertained in bad weather, and wonderful personal touches like a welcome bag of chocolates. It was great meeting Clare who welcomed us warmly and showed us in.
