Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. We had an amazing stay here. When we arrived we actually got upgraded into the Namib Naukluft Lodge, which is just around the corner and has the same owners. Staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Dinner was superb and very healthy. Eating under the stars in absolute quiet and tranquility was an amazing experience!

These spacious, air-conditioned bungalows feature warm décor and local touches. Situated near the Naukluft Mountain Zebra Park, the lodge has an outdoor swimming pool with a shaded seating area. Agama lodge is relatively new. It is located in the desert and open surrounding where you can watch the sun coming up from behind the mountains and see the excellent sunset. It has great facilities, very good food and very friendly staff. We stayed in an executive room, worth it, spacious with an outside terrace and rooftop. The standard rooms are smaller, but also great, I think. All have much privacy. We went for a trip to Sossusvlei with the lodge, and the guide was very nice and knowledgeable. All in all, our stay was really great.

Offering a garden, Rooisand Desert Ranch offers accommodation on the C26 in Chausib, approximately half-way between Walvis Bay and Windhoek. Free private parking is available on site. The peace and quiet was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were lovely. Gorgeous swimming pool! The night sky was simply incredible!
