Short Tuktuk drive to main town but was very nice to be away. Was very peaceful. Hosts were great at assisting with recommendations and taking us to places. They were so kind and generous. Would definitely come back!

Arawe is a newly renovated 150-year old nature cottage located around 400m from the centre of Ella. Very nice location, outside area is the best. Food fresh prepared, nice decorated, very short tuktuk ride from ella center and main sights. Property can arrange all that and will wait for you at the station.

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Had and amazing stay! Just 2 nights but could have been a week. Just enough outside of downtown (a short walk or tuk tuk ride) to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to pop in for a meal, drink or a little bit of night life. The breakfast was perfect (great French press coffee) and my wife was able to take a yoga class each morning which she loved (she is a yoga teacher here in the US). The shower water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The balcony off of the room was amazing with monkeys paying a visit in the morning. We slept well and didn't even use the fan provided. Will 100% be back to stay again. Thanks!

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

Best place to stay in Ella.The room and bathroom were spacoius. we had a great view of the mountains of Ella rock and little adam's peak.Delicious breakfast. It was a real pleasure to spend a night here. We had to leave the next day, but if we'd been able to, we would have stayed another night. The place is wonderful, the host is great and really funny. This is one of the best places I've stayed in Sri Lanka.
