Anura was welcoming and we had the opportunity to meet the owner and his family we celebrates the Sinhala and Tamil New Year with the other guest and the family.

We hired a scooter and were povided with great local recommendations. The breakfasts were amazing and varied each morning. Beautiful gardens to relax in and the room had the added bonus of air con. 10/10 all around stay!

Aiaga Sun and Green Lodge asub Dambullas. Dambulla koopa tempel on 5 km kaugusel ning Sigiriya on 9 km kaugusel. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. It was clean and well maintained. The place was so so beautiful and absolutely charming. We liked chilling by the pool after a long day under the sun. The owners are always ready to help (wether to book a tuk-tuk, a safari or to help you catch the bus when leaving) The food (breakfast + dinner) was excellent and they even prepare a celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday. You can go there without any doubt

Back of Beyond - Pidurangala asub keset loodusmaastikku ning pakub Sigiriyas rahulikku puhkust. See loodusliku asukohaga majutusasutus asub keset metsa, Sigiriya kaljust vaid 1 km kaugusel. A night in a tree house was exceptional! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Pidurangala rock. Offered a night walk to view the Loris. Restaurant was lovely and food was fresh and delicious.

I give a 10 not for the accommodation, which was really simple, but for the real and raw experience of living a couple of days together with Niro, Umanga and their family. We saw the beautiful sides as their hospitality, the stunning nature, good organic food. But we also saw the struggle and need for financial support as they lost their original land (some photos are still from the old land) and termites are breaking their home. They have good intentions, trying not only to help themselves, but having worked together with the school in the village and helped people build their homes. Right now they need help on their own home. So if you'd like to get to know them and support them, come and check out their place.

If you love to stay in a calm, quiet place, this is the one. Food was really good and staff were really helpful you can request food you want. Overall it was a different experience like in a forest.

Jungle Path Lodge offered well equipped accommodation in a beautiful tropical garden in a very nice room with everything we need. Breakfast with fruit, pancakes, eggs, local specialties , toast, jam , decorated nicely and with textile napkins. Mr Saman and his son take care for everything and will organize everything you need for good prices. Local restaurants with huge varieties of food can be found in walking distance. Sigiryia rock access is more or less across the street. A paradise!
