The beach is great - available for swimming, with some nice sunbeds beneath the palm trees. We visited Jungle Beach second time and will come back for sure.

Located in a breathtaking locale, the warm hospitality from the staff, Malin (the manager), Sudeera and Sarath, made our experience exceptional. Malin treated us to a nutritious breakfasts featuring fresh fruits, omelet, bread, and spreads. The standout was the exceptional coffee, arguably the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, Pink Elephant in Unawatuna delivers meals promptly at reasonable prices. The option to use the kitchen for personal cooking is also available. Situated approximately three kilometers from Habaraduwa, the hotel provides easy access to essentials like Cargills, restaurants, and the beach. We opted for scooters from Easy Bike, but the staff is more than willing to arrange tuktuks for convenient transportation. For those seeking a relaxing escape in the South Province of Sri Lanka, we wholeheartedly recommend Samalanka Boutique Hotel!

What to say. Our stay was amazing. Had the most perfect time here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was super tasty. Sana even took his time to show us beautiful hidden beaches nearby , which we wouldn't be able to find ourselves. If you're looking to stay in a quiet area, with amazing nature, and an even more amazing host this is a perfect place for you.

Very nice and cosy , authentic accommodation. The villa has a beautiful terrace. The owners and staff are very nice , direct and helpful to the end. They were immediately helpful with any request we had. The breakfast was plentiful , they also prepared European food on our request. The pool and surroundings are very nice and peaceful. We were the only ones in the villa , so it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. It was like having a private accommodation with private staff.
