Boasting mountain views, Bakkakot 2 - Cozy Cabins in the Woods provides accommodation with a terrace and a balcony, around 24 km from Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall. Everything is perfect, too bad I didn't stay long enougth to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Located at the edge of Ásbyrgi National Park, Nordic Natura provides accommodation with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. All units include a dining area and/or a terrace. We loved our stay at Nordic Natura. The cabin was very cozy and well equipped, there was nothing we missed. The views of the canyon next to it were also stunning. The owner welcomed us with a little gift and made sure that everything is fine doing our stay. On our first night we even got an amazing display of the northern lights. Overall it is the perfect stay if you want to explorer the north of Iceland, I.e. Husavik, Asbyrgi, Dettifoss…

Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace.... Everything! This place was absolutely stunning, cottages were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a few excursions planned, but pushed them back for another day just to enjoy the views from this place and relax. 😄

Unbelievable cabin with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and even a hot whirlpool outside. Located in the wood, we were welcomed by Molly and Bósi the owner's bunny and dog 🐰 🐶. The Cabin overlooks the fjorð and even if it's in a remote area it's very easy to find following maps directions. The owners were available and super kind.

This family-owned lodge is set along the Lonsá River on north-eastern Iceland’s Langanes Peninsula. It offers an outdoor hot tub, café-bar and fully equipped guest kitchen. This farm is perfect to experience real Icelandic farm living. Room is very warm and cosy. We felt like at home! Breakfast is really tasty and a lot to choose from. The host, a lady, is super nice. You can also walk around the farm and see dogs, sheep and horses.
