The room was fantastic the view amazing of the city, enjoyed the lovely little unexpected cake bars. Fresh glass bottle milk from Delamere was beautiful along with coffee machine and pods, eco tea bags great idea. Fantastic idea for recycling don't give up the trial its an amazing idea. We only stayed for one night after a show and would normally use a travel lodge or ibis but for extra couple of pounds we will definitely be coming back again.

Very friendly staff, much better than any Travelodge or Premier Inn. Much cleaner and I couldn’t get a better location for my work. Great place to stay.

There is one problem, mostly shower drainage are blocked , I have experienced atleast three rooms, most recently room no 302 . I have also lodged complaint to Grace full lady on counter

Very good value for money, the lodge was clean to a high standard, very good amenities, good location, coffee machine was a God send. The host was very accommodating and quick to assist us during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely book it again. Lovely lodge

The staff, very friendly. A bar (unused by us) Room was as good as the travel inns/lodges of the world. Spacious. Clean. Decent standard. The best 38 quid twin room I've EVER booked Genuinely, if I could rate it 11/10 I would, I really wasn't expecting something like that for the price

Elegant reception, dining and bar areas. Very helpful staff. Well cooked breakfast and evening meal. Convenient location. Excellent value, room price probably reflecting bargain basement competition from the M62 J19 Travelodges. I would strongly recommend paying a little more for this hotel instead.
