Fernando told us so much about Costa Rica and the local area and was very generous and helpful.

Exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the staff for all their help. Beautiful well maintained grounds. We saw more animals in the yard than in a national park. Lots of hummingbirds, a raccoon came between 10am and 11, and a family of Capuchin monkeys came every day around 2pm. It was a lot of fun to watch them.

We have stayed in many places around the world, few as satisfying as Passion Fruit EcoLodge. Delphine and Bert were consummate hosts, the breakfast extraordinary, and the aesthetic of the cabin, the pool, and the surroundings exquisite. Simple elegance, done with the refined taste of an interior designer and architect. Each choice, from the food to the furnishings to the burbling dipping pool attached to the cabin, was done with such attention to detail and with such care. We were surrounded by the sounds of nature, from the wild sounds of the howler monkeys to soothing sounds of more than a dozen different birds in the space of a few minutes (identified with Merlin, the Cornell Ornithology ID app). On one day, we were rained out of our adventure, but returned happily to the front porch of our cabin to read in the Adirondack chairs. We felt not only well-taken care of, but in the company of intelligent and worldly hosts. Passion Fruit EcoLodge merits our unconditional praise.

La Rana De Cahuita se nachází 5 km od centra města Cahuita a nabízí celoroční venkovní bazén a tropickou zahradu. Puerto Viejo je vzdálené 18 km. Absolutely lovely accommodation! The garden is so beautiful, it’s like a small paradise where you can spot a lot of birds and other animals. The lodges are amazing, very spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and they keep everything nice and clean for you. But we loved the deck the most. Just to sit there and be surrounded by nature is all you need. The hosts Werner and Zindi are the kindest and their kids are adorable. They make you feel really welcome. We also really enjoyed the pool, the breakfast is a must try and we loved how safe it all felt. Like a small and friendly community. If you want to visit Cahuita, this is the place you want to stay!

The hosts were so kind, the gardens were beautiful and the property was very quiet. My cabin was spacious,clean and had everything i needed to enjoy my stay!

The property has been beautifully landscaped and is so well taken care of. Gorgeous shrubs and trees that are well established and flowering all the time. It was quiet and felt so safe and secure. The owners are so friendly, and greeted us with fresh coconuts. All the staff are warm and kind, the gardener and housekeepers were so happy and full of smiles. Every time our cabin was cleaned housekeeping would put fresh flowers around our cabin, and it was such a wonderful touch. So close (3 minutes) to two beaches and restaurants, and a short walk into the cute little town.
