Lodža Arenal Xilopalo atrodas Fortunā, 6 km attālumā no ūdenskrituma La Fortuna un 5 km attālumā no termālajiem avotiem Kalambu. What a place! Xilopalo was the highlight of my stay in Costa Rica. Incredibly welcoming, amazing facility, super friendly and helpful staff. Armando's sloth tour was great and they helped with all the programs and bookings. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommended!

Lodža Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails atrodas 348 ha plaša privātā tropu lietus meža ieskāvumā, Arenāla vulkāna aizsargājamajā teritorijā, tikai 2,7 km attālumā no Arenāla vulkāna. The room was clean and spacious. It has balcony to see the volcano. The lodge has hiking trails. I enjoyed two day solo walk. Well maintained and easy to walk, except river trail. I met only few people on the trail and i was able to enjoy the solitude. I appreciate Greivin at reception helping me to arrange transportation to Mistico to La Fortuna town.

The view of the Arenal Volcano was unbelievably incredible. One of the rooms was surrounded with glass windows giving you the possibility to look at the magnificent view even from the bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area of the house was also amazing. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Only one room had AC in it the others had fans. Didnt meet the hosts but they replied quickly.

Incredibly nice secluded location, were many comments about some difficulties with road, however last 14 kms are unpaved in very good condition, just go slower. Super nice and friendly staff. Impeccable clean. lots of birds and animals around. beautiful common rest area.
