Each of the unique cabins at Cradle Mountain Highlanders has cosy interiors, including a fireplace. All cabins are lined with beautiful Tasmanian timber and most cabins have full kitchen facilities. Some units have a luxurious spa bath and mountain views. Wonderful cabin, with a fireplace and plenty of wood and fire starter. Right next to the entrance of the park and a few minutes walk to the shuttle to the hikes. Quiet, wallabys and wildlife right outside your windows. Comfy bed. Good wifi. Kitchen had everything you needed. BBQ provided.

Located in Maydena, Maydena Mountain Cabins offers accommodation with a balcony or a patio, free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as barbecue facilities.

Iron House Brewery is 10-minutes' drive away. Free private parking is available on site. Convenient location could see the beach from the villa only a short walk. Villa was exceptionally clean and spacious! Will be back again

Most amazing location, my partner proposed to me outside the cottage and it was just magical. Wallabies, sunsets, most beautiful spa and fireplace!

There was everything you could possibly want for a self catering break. Feeding the pademelons in the garden was a delight for us poms. Great nights sleep - total tranquility!

Hobart is 35 km from Whispering Spirit Holiday Cottages & Mini Ponies, while Margate is 23 km from the property. The nearest airport is Hobart International Airport, 49 km from the property. Everything. Lovely cosy fire (going when we arrived and easy to keep going the whole time we stayed), lovely clean strawbale house (very cosy and homely), wildlife, provisions provided, friendly host, availability of lovely homemade produce. We could easily have just whiled away a week without leaving the property.
