Karien, the manager, takes with her team care of the guest from arrival to departure. They were there, when needed, and went out of our way when we wanted to relax. The house was very clean und equipped with everything we needed. Awesome ! It is only a few meters away from the river and we had stunning views on the river at sunrise and sunset. Truly magic. We enjoyed the two-hour-boat trip as well. Junior was the Guide and he gave us the time we needed to look at birds and other animals. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Thanks Karien !

The location is amazing, right on the banks of the Zambezi. The staff were amazing when we asked for a table close to the river on the terrace,they said we will find you a better one and put us on the top deck of the hotel's boat for our own private meal.

Rita and Kennedy are so kind, helped us with everything we needed, they gave us the information and booked for us all the activities we wanted to do and even negotiate the prices for us. The place is beautiful, very clean and we had an amazing time there. Highly recommended!!

Good food, friendly staff and some fantastic trips which can be arranged via the hotel booking office. Highly recommend the microlight flight, steam train dinner and Elephant Cafe. We also did a super mini safari at the David Livingstone park and a sunset cruise. There are packages on offer for booking combination trips which can be cheaper than doing individual bookings. Oh and of course don’t forget a trip to the falls!
