I loved all the services for seven days I spent here. I have never been to Tanzania before, I had a wonderful experience. Without exaggeration, it is like having a family in Moshi, where you feel safe, treated very well, meticulously clean and quiet room, and many more. The hotel manager, Mr Walter, is very helpful and caring man, he's like big brother making sure everything you need is addressed. On my arrival, he brought a cool nice juice, saying karibu i.e. welcome. I needed to go to barber early next morning before going to business meeting, he took me by hotel transport to the barber and waited for me there, then get to the work place with me. After I finished my work day, I wanted transport back to the hotel and arranged that also. Wanted to buy something in town, he went with me showed me around and then back to hotel. They have great range of delicious food, I loved French fries, so many fruits , ugali, etc. All great service for me through out the week. Overall I recommend Neneu for anyone travelling to Moshi for short or long trips. You will never regret staying here, when you meet Walter, just ask for anything you wanted!!!

The lodge is a little oasis of calm in a bustling town. The staff are friendly and attentive, the lodge is well laid out and tastefully appointed. There is a real sense of an attention to the small details. The room was clean, well decorated and functional. The food at the restaurant was also excellent. Could not recommend this place more if you’re exploring the region or climbing Kilimanjaro.

I am from New Zealand and was very impressed with the accommodation within a very well cared compound flowering bushes and flower garden. The buildings are new and very clean. You can see My Kilimanjaro over the back wall of the compound. In this area there are a lot of trees. The road in from the main road is rough but short. I was very impressed by William the owner who went out of his way to be helpful, and am happy to recommend this lodge.😊

On Arrival the lovely Elizabeth showed me to my Room, and after a long flight I was in need of a cold beer. She apologised they did not have any and walked me to buy a beer from Preeva's bar next door. Preeva's bar being nothing more than a small shop with sporadic seats and benches outside. I spent the afternoon there and got to know all the locals. Returning daily thereafter and was made to feel really welcome. Then came Bob.... Bob arrived in his old but reliable 4x4. He checked I was ok, had a beer and told me to relax and let him know if need anything. The next day he took me to town for ATM and we went to locals restaurant for lunch where we ate typical Tanzanian food. And in the Evening he took me to Mimi's Bar around the corner. The next day once he had taken all his Chidren to school, he took me to Materuni waterfall where i got to see how they make, and then tasted mountain grown Chaga Coffee. After he he took me to see his family's Chaga farm, where there are historical caves used by his ancestors to defend themselves from other tribes. A truly unique experience which you can only get with Bob. On the way back we picked up all 5 of his young adorable children from their schools and invited me to eat home cooked traditional food with Him. Later he took me out again to another great locals Bar called Amuzz, where a member of his Reggae band was playing a Gig. Naturally he got up to sing a few songs and he was awsome. Bob Chewa The Legend, You can see him on Youtube. He a famous in Moshi. This year Bob has been invited to perform by the organisers of Nottinghill Carnival. I really hope he makes it there. The following day was a public holiday, and children were off school. I suggested we all go to Chemka Hot Springs with Children. We all had a great adventure and the Children loved it having never been before. Bob made me feel like a local and part of the family and I will never forget my Stay.

Comfortable lodge hotel with large rooms with extensive ceilings set in the hotel gardens. A good, modern bathroom, quirky lighting and reasonable wifi (although it did occasionally log out). The restaurant and bar were adequate rather than fantsatic and waiting staff knowledge varied. This is a pity as the hotel is several miles outside of Moshi town and there are no other eating facilities (or indeed a decent shop) within walking distance.

Karibu Africa was such a good place. Our host Peter was so chill & kind. He was always wanting to help us with booking activities. We had a movie night with him and a another girl & it was such a good vibe! He is very kind & social and makes you feel at home. The place is very spacious, has a big couch to chill on & big clean rooms. The breakfast was really good too! Moshi is very easily reachable with a taxi or tuktuk or even a long walk. Sadly we had to leave pretty early due to our safari, but def hope to come back!

Bru Bru Lodge is an immaculate property with warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are simple, clean, and have individual air conditioner units and the included breakfast is wonderful. We stayed at the lodge before and after our Kilimanjaro climb and it was a welcome comfort after a week on the mountain. The restaurant onsite has great options and Lulu was a fantastic server who we loved chatting with each meal (we had 8 meals onsite!) I’d highly recommend staying at BruBru during your next trip to Moshi. I would gladly return anytime!

The Hullu Lodge was in a great location just outside Moshi town. The lodge was beautiful, the staff very friendly, lush gardens, restaurant and bar area. Also we get a chance to visit waterfalls near by with their safaris and convinced to take their packages especially that for Zanzibar visitation.

Apart of beautiful lodges localized in the Moshi suburbs, this hotel seems to be the one of the best localized in the city center of the town. Rooms proposed by the hotel has a very different sizes. Bathroom in the rooms and breakfast buffet are basic but nothing is missing. We were extremely satisfied about the service. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem.
