Everything was well thought out. All the little extras. Tea coffee, picnic basket, even a first aid kit! The most idyllic setting where all you can hear is the waves crashing and birds singing! Peace on earth! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was delivered to the room as well!

I cannot begin to say how wonderful my stay with Oliver and Hele at Tedinkoto Lodge was. Truly, words cannot do justice. The room, pool, and compound were lovely. The best bed, bathroom and sitting area I experienced during my month in West Africa. And each morning, sitting outside my room to watch the birds was the perfect start. Followed by a delicious breakfast and off into town or to the beach. Do yourself a favor and eat your way through all their dinner options. Because, again, this food is as good as five-star restaurants but served in a quiet, serene setting. I only stayed one week, but I will be back soon. If you haven't booked your trip to The Gambia and your stay at this lodge, do it right now. I have stayed all over the world and this has been one of the top experiences in lodging ever. The hosts will go beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Fantastic hospitality combined with great food and a perfect location!

The staff make the place so welcoming, and it's at the end of the beach furthest from the horrible fish factory so there's less smell. This is a really peaceful place with a good vibe, we're just sad to only have one night there before flying!

Maria and Greg are very warm hosts who make sure that you feel absolutly welcome and safe at their cosy lodge. Family atmosphere with great food, cooked by Maria and her staff. Beautiful huts with cosy beds. A great place to relax and unwind and experience Gambia from a more local view.

Llegamos de madrugada y pudimos hacer el check in muy rápido. El mismo hotel nos proporcionó un taxi a un precio razonable. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La comida buena. Tienen un jardín con muchas flores que atraen a los pájaros.
