Really interesting historic place with Vietnamese architecture. Got a tour here, but it wasn't as tourist friendly otherwise (not much signage/wayfinding/air conditioning) and it gets very warm, especially in the bunker.

This place may mean a lot to the locals and have some historical significance but is mainly a lot of rooms with large dining tables and chairs. Well maintained and you can get some nice photos in the gardens.

Definitely a must see IMO.
Definitely a must see IMO. There is a little golf cart just after the entrance which will take you around the lovely gardens and drop you off at the front door of the palace. Get the audioguide for a self-guided tour. Don't forget to go up to the roof top - hard to find the staircase and not sign posted

Do not miss the palace. So interesting. You can start at the very top and work your way down. Make sure you visit every room. Garden are is lovely. The toilets here are immaculate. Do not miss the building in the corner. It is part of the original old palace.FleurAustralia - 10Scored 10

An amazing building and interesting to visit. Much more interesting than we had expected. The state rooms are impressive and the historic parts with the bunker and the helipad on the roof are sobering and thought provoking. Everything is frozen in time, as it was at the time of the handover.

The suite was a generous size with full kitchen. The balcony, as mentioned in other reviews, is very small and taken over my aircon units. A couple could stand on the balcony. We were aware of this before we arrived so not a problem to us. Breakfasts are very good Reception was aways very helpful.
