I cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi after a long day travelling from Sapa, about 5 staff members ran out to grab our bags and it put the biggest smile on our faces getting such a warm welcome with a refreshing drink. Our room was amazing, so luxurious. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop and everything made us feel so special. The breakfast was the best one we had and we had been travelling for a month. We won’t stay anywhere else next time we’re in Hanoi …amazing!

Excellent service, very friendly, helpful and exceptional staff. We were even upgraded during the whole stay without any extra charge. Delicious food. After checking out we could leave our luggages at the lobby and visit some museums. It was extremely hot and they let us take a shower before leaving the hotel. Thank you so much for the great time!

The room we got was quite basic (for a 4-5 star) but location is perfect, the buffet breakfast was tasty and plenty. Enough choices to eat.
Walking out was nice: directly in the old town streets.
The bed was good, the balcony (old) good for some laundry (not for sitting).
The view is nothing, but the window brings some light.
The staff were doing all they can to let you get a pleasant stay. They are all very correct, and often with smiling faces.
I would not mind staying here longer.

Loved the staff.. so helpful and happy. They help with anything.. food for the trip.. washing.. breakfast.. they bend backwards and forwards to cater for our vegan breakfast.. cookingfresh tofu everyday for us!!. I mean, just amazing!!! We came back again to it before our trip home. Anna is an amazing person, so genuinely sweet and helpful. The spa was lovely and the location ideal in Hanoi. Super recommend it!!
