Hanoi E Central was a very nice and cozy place just at the heart of the old quarters. The place is nicely designed, with a lovely wooden entrance, a restaurant in the first floor and spacious rooms. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in and the bathrooms are nice and spacious. I read in some reviews that the street is noisy but honestly I didn't hear anything and our room was facing the street... I guess some people are very sensitive to noise?

Mrs Lily was lovely and very helpful in the day our departure. We were expecting a van to take us to Hai Fo and she was always attentive. The whole staff helped us with the bags going out.
There might be more luxurious places in the city, but I think that the quality-cost ratio in Hanoi E Central is a very very good one. The attention of the staff was also super good!
